Today's episode is about finding balance for our inner dancer... Life is full of challenges but with the right techniques, we can stay centred.

 It's about finding ways to transform the chaos into moments of peace. 

How? 

In this episode we go through a few steps that might be really helpful for you and here they are:

1.  Identify triggers your stress - that will help you address them and manage your stress. 
2.  Breath it out - Acknowledge, acceptance and letting it be... 
3.  Move your body - It's a powerful way for your body and brain to remember that you don't like that particular feeling you want to get away from. The opposite is true also - when it's a good thing, your whole system will remember that too. 
4.  Embarrassing nature - Do so for obvious reasons. 
5.  Connect with others - This is vital for your emotional wellbeing.
