This episode kicks off a series focused on achieving summer wellness through a holistic approach. 
We are introducing the 5 Steps and 3 Rhythms framework, a roadmap to empower people to take charge of their health and embrace a joyful summer.

The 5 Steps to Summer Wellness 

1. Gaining the confidence to Take Charge: This first step emphasises believing in yourself and your body's ability to heal and for you to make positive health changes.

2. Rebuilding the Body from the Inside Out: Focusing on nourishing your body with healthy foods and habits for a strong foundation.

3. Appreciate Our Resources: This step encourages acknowledging the amazing resources we already possess - our bodies, minds, and nature.

4. Cleanse and Detoxify the Body

5. Embrace Your Body.

The episode also introduces the 3 Rhythms of Life. Slow Rhythm, Medium rhythm and Fast rhythm.
